Refund policy
Rest assured, Students’ offers Stress Free returns. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. We also strive to ensure our customers receive their goods in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund for your purchase.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. This means worn, washed, altered, used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. Once the original tag is removed, it cannot be returned.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the date the order was received.

Request your Return by logging into Shopify and clicking Request Return next to your order. Please email us for all international orders returns at help@studentsgolf.com.

Please allow us 24 hours to accept and process your return, and we will send you a return label.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined to make sure they meet the conditions described above, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
How Long Will it take to Process my Refund?
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as we receive the merchandise and your refund request is approved. This means means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet check with your credit card company for a better sense of the time it takes for them to post your refund. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@studentsgolf.com
I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to change it in time. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. If you enter an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address, we can not provide a refund.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, we will start the refund that day. If you didn’t cancel before shipping, simply return the item following our normal refund process.
