USA Shipping
In the US, we offer FREE shipping on any every order!
Typically we use UPS GROUND but for faster shipping, you may select UPS Next Day Air.
Prices and delivery time depend on your specific location and the weight of the items.
International Shipping
For orders outside the US, we typically offer a flat rate of $20 USD for any order over $200, with the exception of some certain countries that cost extraordinary amounts for shipping. (Switzerland, for example, is $40 USD.) For Orders under $200, we will present you with a price and shipping method to be calculated at checkout.
For Switzerland, we offer a flat rate of $40 USD for any order under $400 USD.
Please note: we are NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or fees charged by your country's import officers.
Processing Time & Tracking
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm) will typically be processed within 24 hours and shipped the next day. Our goal on all orders is to ship even faster than that. If you order before 4:00pm Monday-Friday, we try to get it out the same day! The processing of your merchandise may take longer if it requires extra verification, or if it is a national holiday. If you ordered on a Saturday, the cutoff for potentially getting it out the same day is 1pm.
Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package leaves the Students' warehouse.

Where do we ship to?
We ship anywhere in the US, Europe, Asia and most countries worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to process and ship your order within 1 working days (Monday - Saturday) in the US, and 1-2 days worldwide. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping option you’ve selected and your location. If you’ve selected the free delivery option, US shipments may take between 2 to 7 business days and 20 business days for international orders. Delivery time mostly depends on how far you are from our warehouse, which is located in Costa Mesa, California. California orders are often received the day after they were placed with us!
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available, once the package has left our warehouse.
